We are looking for someone to join our team at Wirecard Technologies GmbH, a subsidiary in Aschheim/Munich.

Your Duties

• Independent customer counselling on the technical integration of Wirecard products with regard to specific customer requirements
• Project management from analysis to planning, design and customer implementation
• Project coordination, controlling and documentation
• Organizing and conducting workshops and application training
• Sales support in the technical and product-related consultation for tenders, complex proposals and project-related inquiries
• Advising customers and business partners on technical issues in ongoing business operations
• Analysis and reporting in the areas of payment processing and fraud prevention

Your Profile

• Degree in one of the following disciplines: Electronic Business /E-commerce, (business) computer science or alternatively appropriate knowledge or training in these disciplines
• Experience in a similar position, for example, in a consultancy or project management function
• Solution-oriented understanding of Web and data transmission technologies
• Highly responsible, independent, organized way of working, as well as distinctive goal and results orientation
• Customer and service-orientated analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Experience in the payment processing and / or in e-commerce and the associated business processes are desirable
